Hotel Elite Zermatt

We had the best experience in this hotel. The location was great, being only a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to the downtown area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and stylish rooms that had a grand shower and a large spa bath in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

Not obvious to find.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and the city center. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and clean, with a modern bathroom that had a grand shower. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxi arrangements and providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and a good selection of coffee. The hotel also had partnerships with nearby restaurants, making it easy to find dining options.

There was no view of the famous mountain scenery from the hotel.

Hotel Elite in Zermatt was a fabulous find! the hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident in the basic amenities provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, the hotel's prime location, close to the train station and in the center of the village, made exploring Zermatt a breeze. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their face, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with hot water and great thermostat controls, ensuring a cozy and comfortable environment. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the Matterhorn from our room, making our stay even more memorable. The breakfast spread was sufficient and offered a delightful start to our days, especially with the inclusion of a sofabed for added convenience.

Excellent value for money, short walk from railway station and tourist facilities. Switzerland is expensive, but costs can be minimized here. Must-visit destination, Gornegrat railway and Matterhorn. Travel onwards to StMoritz on Glasier Express. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, balcony views of mountains. Nice breakfast, strong internet signal in room. Convenient location to train station, bus stop, ski lifts. Supermarket nearby. Spartan but clean, comfortable hotel. Close to town center. a good option in ski area towns.

Centrally located in a charming, homey setting, perfect for exploring the town. Thenice and neat rooms offered a cozy old-world vibe. The included breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff was friendly and were great too assist with restaurant reservations and recommendations.

The hotel lacked certain modern amenities, such as a 24-hour desk service and a bar that was closed. The TV was outdated, but it wasn't a huge concern for us as we weren't there for that.

Nothing could have been better.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of a charming village and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms were well-appointed with all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable sofa bed and a great thermostat control for adjusting the room temperature. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. One of my favorite features was the stunning view of the mountain, which added an extra touch of beauty to my stay.

The hotel was situated close to the station and within walking distance of all the attractions in town. Despite being near a lively bar, our room was surprisingly quiet, awesome for a peaceful night's sleep. The reception area had a charming and cozy atmosphere, and our warm and comfortable room had a balcony with a beautiful view. The bathroom was nicely fitted out, with a Jacuzzi bath adding a touch of luxury. Breakfast, although limited, included delicious Alpine favorites that filled us up before a day of exploring. The hotel even offered a helpful porter service to transport our luggage to the station upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable amenities.
